BBAA Immediate Past President, Fernando Semiao, broker/owner of CENTURY 21 Semiao & Associations, Lyndhurst, NJ was presented with the Good Samaritan Award from Easterseals NJ. He was given the award for his steadfast commitment to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities. Easterseals NJ annually provides services to about 9,000 individuals with disabilities in New Jersey.
Easterseals is a nonprofit organization that helps children and adults with disabilities and special needs live better lives for nearly a century. Founded in 1948, they have worked to enrich the lives of people living with disabilities and special needs and those who care about them by providing opportunities to live, learn, work and play in their communities.
