As the transition from Anywhere to Compass International Holdings (CIH) continues to evolve, there are understandably many questions, perspectives, and considerations.

This session is designed as a thoughtful, constructive data-gathering conversation so the BBAA Board can effectively advocate on your behalf in our next meeting with C21 senior leadership.

We are seeking:

• Specific questions you need addressed
• Operational impacts you are anticipating
• Marketing or tools considerations
• Areas of opportunity and areas of concern
• Clarification on what would help you lead confidently through this transition

This is a listening session and an advocacy session.

At the same time, we want to acknowledge that there are still many moving parts in this transition. Some decisions are still being shaped, and there may be areas where answers are not yet available. That reality does not diminish your questions or concerns. It simply means we are navigating a dynamic process together.

Our goal is to gather clear, actionable, and forward-looking input so that we represent our members with credibility, professionalism, and strength. Constructive dialogue will help us be most effective when we sit at the table with leadership.
