Our closing general session has been designed to send attendees off with memories of an amazing experience.
Script Smackdown
Who has the quickest thinking, the sharpest instincts, and the strongest sales skills under pressure?
Script Smackdown is X|21’s ultimate live sales competition, where four agents will battle it out on the mainstage in front of hundreds of their CENTURY 21 peers for championship bragging rights.
Here’s how it works:
- Drop off your business card at the
- Registration Desk during the conference for a chance to be selected.
- Four agents will be randomly chosen to compete live during the Closing General Session. The scenario wheel will spin, revealing a real-world real estate challenge.
- Contestants will have only moments to think on their feet and deliver their best response—no scripts, no coaching, and no second takes.
A panel of judges will score each round based on communication, creativity, confidence, objection handling, and overall presentation before crowning the Script Smackdown Champion.
