X|21 REFUND POLICY: X|21 is 100% confirmed and happening. However, in case you have registered and need to cancel your registration and request a refund, here is our policy:

• Please send an email to info@bbaa21.org.
• Refunds will be processed minus the payment processing fee.
• There is no cancellation fee for requests received before October 12, 2026.
• For cancellations submitted on or after October 12, 2026 cancellations will no longer be accepted and no refunds can be issued.

X|21 TRANSFER POLICY: You may transfer your registration to another CENTURY 21 franchisee, affiliated broker, or agent at no charge but must be done no later than one (1) week prior to the conference (October 12, 2026). To initiate the transfer, please email your request to info@bbaa21.org. Be sure to include your name along with the full name, email address, phone number and office of the individual who will be taking your place.
