The Broker Business Advocacy Association meets twelve (12) times per year (once monthly), providing elevated peer-to-peer learning/sharing sessions “Member XCHANGE’s” (or “MX’s”), that offer CENTURY 21 brokers valuable and personal experience, strength and hope on important discussion topics to help them be successful.
Most of our MX’s are focused on broker-based conversations, but some offer content about managers and agents as well.
Requests from brokers around the country to join the association, had led to discussions about our ability to go “virtual.” The events of 2020 made that idea an immediate necessity. We deftly pivoted, changed course, stayed alive and actually grew.
Additionally, we execute an Annual Conference called, “XCHANGE|21” or “X|21” where brokers, managers, and agents from all over the U.S. come together to learn, grow and become the very best in the C21 system.
PRODUCTION STATISTICS
As an association, the BBAA member companies have outpaced their C21 non-member companies by approximately 2½ times on average, confirming the value of membership.

Our members enjoy referring business to other Brokers in the Association, knowing that they will be cared for in a professional manner, and have the “best of the best” working with them.

ANNUAL MEMBER DUES
$1,000.00 Per Company
Note: Membership dues are billed for the calendar year and can be setup for either annual payment or quarterly payment. Membership and dues will be renewed automatically on an annual basis. If you do not wish to renew your membership, written notice needs to be sent to the Executive Director 60 days prior to the next fiscal year. (November 1st).
