Wendy Crane is the Vice President of Learning for Century 21, bringing over two decades of real estate and leadership experience. She began her career as an agent in the Manatee/Sarasota, FL area, navigating the market through major challenges and earning top honors before transitioning to corporate learning and development. A proud Madeira Beach resident, Jeff is also a broker, owner, and investor in multiple development projects along Florida’s Gulf Coast. He holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing and an MBA from the University of Florida, is a former “30 Under 30” honoree by Realtor Magazine, and was named a “Top Gun in Florida Real Estate” by the Florida Association of Realtors.

An inventor at heart, Jeff holds five design patents and one utility patent for the Monster Cooler beverage brand. He’s also the founder of Blue Carbon Strategies, a company focused on ocean-based carbon capture and climate solutions.
